PROCESSING THE ORDER

Online orders are processed within 48 hours after receipt. Keep in mind that our product is a completely handmade product. If it is not in stock and to avoid overproduction,

Orders are processed and shipped only on business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in the processing time.

Make sure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. Once the order has been sent, we cannot redirect it.

BZB products (Barbara Zimmermann Barcelona) are delivered door to door by UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to post office boxes.

Deliveries within Europe

Shipping methods and prices are based on the total value of the customer’s order. If the total value of the order is € 149 or more, you will receive a free delivery with UPS, taxes and fees included.

If the total value of the order is less than € 149, the shipping cost is € 20, taxes and taxes included.

Deliveries to USA & Canada

All orders are shipped Express. Shipping is free for orders over € 149.

Deliveries with UPS to the EE.UU. and Canada are subject to duties and taxes in accordance with the laws of the recipient country. These charges are included in the shipping cost.

RETURNS

Our goal: 100% customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you can return your purchase within 30 days to get a full refund. In this case, you will receive a prepaid UPS label to send it to us. It is recommended to request a shipping voucher since the package remains the responsibility of the client until it reaches the BZB workshop (Barbara Zimmermann Barcelona).

It is recommended to mark the package as “returned products” to avoid being charged rights.

All items must be returned unused. All original packaging, price tags, etc. They will be returned with the product, without having been altered.

All tags must be attached to the article. When we receive the package, we will refund the value of the returned products.

After receiving your return, it usually takes 5 to 10 days to receive your refund. After processing the refund, you will receive a confirmation email.
